The International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Information Security (IJCIIS) aims to publish original and state-of-the-art research in the field of Computational Intelligence, Information Security and their applications. IJCIIS invites authors to submit their original and unpublished work in this field with a focus on new and emerging applications. Papers submitted to IJCIIS will be reviewed by two experts in the field. The journal provides excellent platform for early career researchers, higher degree research students and other researchers to publish their research papers.

The aim of LICE is to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research esteem and the evolution of pedagogy. The LICE-2010 invites research papers that encompass conceptual analysis, design implementation and performance evaluation.
EC-TEL 2010 - Fifth European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning - Sustaining TEL: From Innovation to Learning and Practice, Barcelona (Spain), 28 September-1 October 2010 - http://www.ectel2010.org/
The EC-TEL Doctoral Consortium brings together Ph.D. students working on topics related to Technology Enhanced Learning. The Doctoral Consortium will offer Ph.D. students the opportunity to present, discuss, and receive feedback on their research in an interdisciplinary and international atmosphere. The Doctoral Consortium will be accompanied by prominent professors and researchers in the field of Technology Enhanced Learning. These accompanying professors will participate actively and contribute to the discussions. The Doctoral Consortium is co-located with and will take place immediately before the EC-TEL 2010 conference. The Doctoral Consortium language is English.

ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN, the largest global e-learning conference for the corporate, education and public service sectors, is the key annual networking event for the international e-learning and technology-supported learning and training industry, attracting and bringing together experts in the vanguard of technology-enhanced learning from around the world.
This workshop aims at bringing together researchers, experts and practitioners from the domains of non-linear digital interactive story-telling and educational gaming to share ideas and knowledge. There is a great amount of separate research in these two fields and the celebration of this workshop will allow the participants to discover and leverage potential synergies.

Pervasive and embedded computing and communication is a paradigm that aims at providing trustworthy computing solutions and communication services all the time and everywhere. This entails the need for an interdisciplinary field of R&D that utilizes and integrates pervasive, wireless, embedded, wearable and/or mobile technologies. Intelligent software systems and technologies involving some sort of digital signal processing are present in many applications. Embedded and ubiquitous computing and communication systems are now invading every aspect of our daily life and are expected to profoundly change our life in the near future. The availability of small, low-cost, and low-power sensors, radios, and microcontrollers has triggered a huge wave of research in networked embedded sensing systems. The currently emerging cyber-physical systems community emphasizes the integration of actuation and control, leading to the need for secure, private, and reliable computing and communication services. Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Accepted papers, presented at the conference by one of the authors, will be published in the proceedings of PECCS. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. There will be both oral and poster sessions. Special sessions, dedicated to case-studies and commercial presentations, as well as technical tutorials, dedicated to technical/scientific topics, are also envisaged: companies interested in presenting their products/methodologies or researchers interested in lecturing a tutorial are invited to contact the conference secretariat.
held in conjunction with 9th Annual IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications 2011 (PerCom 2011)
May 2011
CSEDU 2011, the International Conference on Computer Supported Education, aims at becoming a yearly meeting place for presenting and discussing new educational environments, best practices and case studies on innovative technology-based learning strategies, institutional policies on computer supported education including open and distance education, using computers. In particular, the Web is currently a preferred medium for distance learning and the learning practice in this context is usually referred to as e-learning. CSEDU 2011 is expected to give an overview of the state of the art as well as upcoming trends, and to promote discussion about the pedagogical potential of new learning and educational technologies in the academic and corporate world.
