e-TQM College is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Forum on e-Learning Excellence in the Middle East 2009: Inspire, Innovate, Initiate & Impact and invites all those engaged with the implementation of excellence in e-learning to share their experiences and practices by submitting research papers, case studies, view points and reviews.

The concept ‘e-Learning’ is rapidly gaining attraction in the worldwide community and during the past decade, ‘e-Learning’ has made substantial contribution, in many fields of work and in organizations of all types and sizes; i.e. higher education, corporate sector, government and military sectors, NGOs, etc. e-Learning has practiced remarkable and significant improvements and innovations in its design and delivery. Though, the e-Learning field has begun to emerge, yet it has already started making far-reaching impact on educational systems of the society.

2nd Annual Forum on e-Learning Excellence in the Middle East focuses on four main elements related to the planning and implementation of e-learning: Inspire, Innovate ,Initiate, Impact.

The 2nd Annual Forum on e-Learning Excellence in the Middle East 2009 aims at bringing together e-Learning professionals, experts, practitioners, researchers and educators from around the world to discuss the future of education and e-learning, development and implementation of e-learning in both the academic and corporate world. The forum will provide them a platform to address and discuss matters related not only to technical, pedagogical and management of e-learning but also social, psychological and cultural consideration which may be of relevance to the region.
