Milos Kravcik

Milos Kravcik obtained his Diploma in Informatics at Comenius University in Bratislava. From 1988 to 2001 he has worked as a research fellow at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of this university. Since 2001 he has been working in the Institute for Applied Information Technology of the GMD German National Research Center for Information Technology which later became a part of Fraunhofer Gesellschaft.
His main research interests are adaptive hypermedia systems, e-Learning and mobile learning. He has participated in several projects, including TEMPUS project New Study and Vocational Possibilities for Visually Handicapped Students, COPERNICUS project Learning and Educational Access using Remote Networks - Enabling the Disabled (LEARN-ED), 5th Framework IST project Web based intelligent design system (WINDS), IST project Remote Accessible Field Trips (RAFT), and 6th Framework IST project Network of Excellence in Professional Learning (Prolearn).
