Dr. Daniel Burgos

Dr. Daniel Burgos(Spain, 1970) joined The Open University of The Netherlands in 2004 as a Researcher in Educational Technology, after working fourteen years as a teacher, multimedia developer and academic manager in Europe and South America, also with his own company. As an Assistant Professor, he is currently focused on IMS Learning Design, adaptive learning and e-learning systems and he is involved in Unfold, ProLearn and TenCompetence Projects. Also, he manages the websites moodle.learningnetworks.org and www.learningnetworks.org. He has written thirteen books and more than one hundred of articles for general magazines about multimedia and internet issues and holds degrees in Computer Science, Education and Business Administration.
