Bernadette Charlier
Prof. Bernadette Charlier is the director of DID@CTIC and has been involved either as member or coordinator of several projects in EU programs such as Telematics, DELTA, Leonardo and Socrates. She has a large network of partners all around the world, especially in Europe, that gather researchers and actors using computerized learning environments, for instance:

ACTEURS. The ACTEURS project, coordinated by INRP (Institut National de recherche pédagogique, Lyon) is dedicated to the study of usages and accompanying measures to be set up for supporting collaborative learning situations that include the use of hybrid technologies intended to students in higher education.
