INVITATION TO IST2006 NETWORKING SESSION

EUROPEAN NETWORK OF LIVING LABS

You are hereby cordially invited to our European Network of Living Labs workshop at the IST2006 Conference, November 21-23 in Helsinki.
A “Living Lab” is a public-private-civic partnership supported R&D system, for human-centric (user-driven) innovation of new ICT-based products and services, in real life/work environment. Several pioneer Living Labs are currently emerging, independently, across Europe.

During this open interactive workshop, participants will exchange experiences and discuss new opportunities with the networked Living Lab approach. Objective is to improve awareness of, and gain interest in, this initiative to strengthen European innovation capability with a European Network of Living Labs.

Based on registered interest, IST2006 organising committee will start (Sep. 15) making the final selection of workshops/sessions for the conference. If You like this workshop, we would be very grateful if You could express Your interest, via the workshop information web page;

Note that You have to register/log-on at the IST2006 site, before You are able to register Your interest for the workshop. Note also that registration to the IST2006 site and workshops is not enough for participation at the conference. You have to register your participation at the conference separately.

Please register Your interest for the work-shop before September 15:th. As already mentioned, the IST2006 conference organisers will make their final approval of work-shops/sessions, based on registered interest.
